"Very professional. Not too difficult. Few options with varying degrees of difficulty. Overall a good place to spend about 90 minutes with kids"
Yaniv Axen
"This was soooo fun! I've been looking for a long time for something like this, and it exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be back. They have English safety videos and don't cancel reservations just because it's raining (we went in the rain and had a fantastic time). If you don't reserve, though, I think that's fine as long as they have room. The course was exciting and challenging, and the staff was kind and accommodating. The ones on shift spoke a little English, but everything was pretty self-explanatory, so if you don't speak Japanese, don't let it keep you from going on this adventure. My only advice though: if it's wet, bring a change of clothes, and DEFINITELY buy the gloves. Also take the bus up from the station. It takes like quintuple the time walking uphill."
