"There is really nothing to complain about except one thing. The facility is modern, clean and safe. The staff are friendly and not overwhelming (they let you have fun during the tours). The location is convenient for the city and the river itself is clean and relaxing. However, since I purchased the white water rafting course I expected white water rafting. Instead we did a 2-hour "rafting" course down a lazy river which was disappointing. If you're looking for excitement, maybe this isn't the place for you. I'm not sure why they don't say this on their website. I've included a video of the fastest section of their rafting course so go see for yourself.
I'd recommend it for families with young children of 10 years old or less.

"This location is also the starting point for river rafting, as well as a local product center and information base. We enjoyed a relaxing river trip at dusk on a hot summer day. The river breeze is very pleasant and you can become one with the river flow. People walking along the riverbank and hotel guests wave kindly to us. Here you can experience the good atmosphere of Japan."
