What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors rave about the fun and interactive 'My Cup Noodles Factory' experience, calling it a must-do for its creative and delicious outcome. While the museum itself is interesting, the highlight is undoubtedly designing and making your own custom cup of ramen. Some find the Chicken Ramen Factory booking process restrictive, especially for solo travelers.
"Definitely worth visiting for both kids and adults, especially if you are a cup noodle fan.
Entrance to the museum is free, but the highlight is making your own cup noodle (500 yen per cup, no reservation needed). There is also an option to make noodles from scratch, but that requires advance reservation.
For the make your own cup noodle, you first get a little token from the receptionist, then buy an empty cup from the vending machine. After that, staff on the ground will guide you through the steps from decorating your cup, choosing your soup flavour and toppings, to watching the machine seal it up. Simple, affordable, and a lot of fun!
Note: eat within one month."

"It is so fun and so unique! It is a have to go if you are in Osaka. The museum itself is not big, but the activities are fun. You can make your own cup noodle with your own cup design and chosen flavours & ingredients. We ate the cup noodle in Japan and kept the cup we designed and brought them back to Australia! (We used other bowls to eat the noodles as we do not want to have the cup damaged with hot soup)."

The experience is both fun and interactive, allowing you to design your very own cup noodle from start to finish. The process is surprisingly engaging—you get to see firsthand how these iconic instant noodles are made while adding your personal touch to the final product. Whether you're a die-hard noodle fan or just looking for a quirky, memorable activity, this museum delivers a delightful mix of history, creativity, and delicious fun.
