Reviews Summary

Spa Resort Hawaiians offers a fun-filled experience, especially for children, with its numerous pools and Hawaiian theme. However, visitors frequently note significant crowds, leading to long waits, and the need for extra fees for most water slides, which can be a drawback. The resort's age is also mentioned, though staff are consistently praised for their friendliness and helpfulness.

"My kids had a great time, but the place was extremely crowded, leading to long waits and a chaotic atmosphere. Some water attractions required extra fees. If additional charges apply, ticket prices should be more reasonable. The restaurant and changing areas were also disorganized and packed. Great fun for kids, but the overall experience could be much better with better crowd control and clearer pricing."

"I didn’t actually go to the hotel, I only came for the water park. The water was a bit weird, it wasn’t very clean, it was a bit crowded, and there were a lot of questionable stains and rust everywhere. The ground was weirdly spiky, and you had to pay extra to go on a ride on top of the entrance fee. The locker rooms need 200¥ to use, and there was a food court. But the staff were very nice and polite. The resort isn’t in a very populated area, so it’s a bit hard to get there. And the wait for rides is pretty long."

"Perfect day, lots of fun, rudest cost extra but cheaper after 3pm, whole day fun, onsen(spa) perfect, no tattoos allowed but when covered allowed except no swimsuit area (proper onsen). But very happy, friendly staff. Quite busy from 10am but quieter from 2pm.
Definitely worth a visit"
