"It's ok. Excellent place to go relax but it's abit small compared to the more popular parks. It's best for those stopping over before flying off at kansai airport. There's a 1km jogging route. There was a local event when I was there which was great even though I don't speak Japanese (photos). It connects to a stretch of park along the seafront, hidden from the main road and suburban buildings if you walk past rinku sea town. Eventually you reach a flyover bridge where there's fishing area for locals."
