"Fall colors have started! Go early or you’ll be waiting to drive up the road. Beautiful views, very windy."

"You will lose phone signal as soon as you drive into the mountain road (about 30 minute out).
If you ever get stuck on the road (two cars including mine got into trouble today due to super narrow and muddy road), you can’t even call 000. I had to ask random person on street to drive me back to town. Roadside assistance took 5hours - they also asked me to stay next to car which is difficult and dangerous. Be careful driving here!
Big lesson."
