On the day I came to take photos, the sun was shining through the Water Museum (a planetarium facility) on the edge of the lake. There were other people there to watch the sunrise, so I guess this is a famous spot? Maybe the wind never stops here. The water surface was choppy, so it didn't reflect light. There's a park parking lot nearby, and you can walk to the bridge. There were also cosmos fields near the park."
