Access is somewhat easy yet there is no organization in terms of parking space for bicycles leaving people to park them on the grass which is becoming scarce. The benches require a total overhaul and daily maintenance. Otherwise, even with all the setbacks, the space provides a great getaway from the hustle and bustle of Musashi-Kosugi."
