Reviews Summary
Visitors are often awestruck by the sheer size of the giant carp streamers, describing the sight as breathtaking. The accompanying Kazo City Peace Festival adds a lively atmosphere with food stalls. However, some visitors have expressed disappointment when the streamers didn't fly well due to lack of wind, and parking can be a significant challenge on event days.
"Went to the lamest 鯉のぼり🎏matsuri. Paid tons of money to park 2kilometers away, walked in the hot sun, bought over priced matsuri food and finally when the Koi went up, it didn’t even spend all of 3 minutes up before it came down (due to lack of wind). But they could have at least kept the koi up until wind came again, but nope. 👎 lame event"

"Yesterday, on Wednesday, May 3, 2023, the 14th Kazo City Peace Festival was held.
The carp streamers🎏 seemed to be having a hard time rising because the wind speed was less than 5 meters, but during the second half, they were seen rising again as a revenge around 2pm.
The event was held for the first time in about three years due to the impact of the new coronavirus, and it was almost as lively as usual ('ω'"

"I went to see the jumbo carp streamers on May 3rd.
I thought the carp streamers would be up until 2:30pm, but I found out at Kazo Station that they were actually up until 2pm.
I arrived at Kazo Station just after 1pm, and the roads were congested so I waited about 30 minutes for the shuttle bus, but I was glad I made it just in time.
There was a smaller carp streamer below the jumbo carp streamer, which was apparently 10m tall, really highlighting the size of the jumbo one.
I also personally liked the fact that it had the Kobaton mark painted on it."
