The garden was really very well kept with lots of fish in the lake and also there is a tea house but unfortunately there was closing.

"Such a beautiful spot in the middle of the city. We went there to chill after eating some good Kobe beef. The place is serene, so beautiful and the pond has koi and maybe carp. This garden is so well-maintained and we’re surprised we were the only people there. For facilities, they have benches to sit on and catch some sunlight. Toilets are also available. Overall, this is a must-visit when you are in Kobe. The surrounding neighborhood is also picturesque. Wish I had more time to explore the city."
