"Bought a bicycle worth about 40,000 yen. The tires were dirty when I bought them, so I had them wiped.
After purchasing it, when I lifted the saddle outside the store, the black paint was peeling off, so I had it replaced immediately.
Three days later, the door wouldn't lock and I came back to the store. Finish with oil. I said, ``If it won't close after 3 days, shouldn't it be a defective item and should be replaced?'', but he said, ``Please wait and see how it goes.''
Less than two weeks later, the store closed again and I came back the other day. I was about to oil it again, so I asked, ``How many times a month should I come to the store just for this?'' and they replaced it. I wish they would have dealt with it from the beginning.
