The ease of access to Tokyo's transport network and nearby attractions is a significant plus.
"Nice place for an outing , can’t go inside the building during the period when passengers are boarding the vessel after the doors ( vessel ) are closed , building is open for all visitors.. garden next to the terminal is good for a walk or eating snacks with a view of passing by boats"

"Nice big building but disembarkation was not organized and people were not making lines. Maybe this was just a problem with Norwegian cruise lines. There is an above ground tram station only 7 minutes walk away. Very handy and someone is there to hide you through buying tickets"

"Tokyo Cruise Terminal is modern and within walking distance of bus and train stations and a beach and many other interesting sites."
