Our hotel booked with KET company with English speaking staff. However, we only had 1 hour on Hatenohama and glass bottom tour to and from. Staff at KeT were great. We would have preferred the option with more time and told as we reserved that wasn't an option.
For those snorkeling it was a really quick time hack.
As long as hotel staff reserve your ferry, I would go with another company to get more time on the island. We found a Japanese company that gives 2-3 hours on Hatenohama."
