"Kyoho Winery, Kurume is beautiful with fallen leaves in autumn. They have their own wine yard but grapes are not in season. We were able to sample all their beverages, from kanzake (sweet rice wine), to an array of red and white wines, baby red wines (wines that haven't fully fermented, a special one), different desert fruit wines (Nashi pear wine, Plum wine, Persimmon wine and more) with their sparkling versions. The grape soft serve ice cream is special but it is a bit cold to have it at the time of our visit."
