"It's about a two-minute drive from the Minabe Interchange on the Hanwa Expressway. It looks a little old and small from the outside, but once you step inside, it's beautiful and just the right size. Rather than a roadside station, it's more of a museum introducing the town of Nanbugawa (now Minabe Town) and plums. The shop also had a wide selection of plum-related items for sale. The first floor is dedicated to the history of Nanbugawa, the second floor is an exhibition about plums, the third floor is the shop, and the fourth floor (rooftop) is an observation deck."

"I visited at the end of February. It didn't seem like your typical roadside station, so I didn't have high expectations. It coincided with the plum blossom season, so even though it was a weekday, there were quite a few people there. The parking lot was small, but it was packed.
It really brought home the history of Nanbu, making me wonder how it got there in such a long time. My image of Nanbu has changed. It's not just about plums!
Of course, they also sell plums, and they're a little cheaper.
It looks like you can even sleep in your car. I'll definitely use it next time."
