"Very nice surprise !
It was at first meant to be some fun side activities, but it became one the most relaxing and most enjoyable moment in our stay at Nagano.
We took the Fox canyons course, and... Yeah, impeccable.
A very nice staff full of motivation and eager to make us learn the joy of canyoning, including some English speaking persons for who needs them !
A beautiful environment with some really nice obstacle, quite family friendly because some of the rougher one can be skipped, and the water just hits in the most pleasant way on a hot summer day. With friends, it's as enjoyable, and the group of randoms with whom we learned this hobby was very nice !
They got a lot of different parkour with different levels (ours was level 2 out of 6), so for those who likes to take on even more challenging adventures, it's there.
Safety concerns is also an important point, we are geared up and throughout the entire course are reminded how to position ourselves to avoid being hurt.
It's localisation could get some people to doubt whether or not it's worth going in there, we personally took a 3 hours car ride and it was absolutely worth it. The landscape on the way there is great, but was even nicer when the sun started to hide on our way back home.
All in all, it was just perfect, the cozy ambiance similar to a camp trip with an amazing staff makes it a heartwarming memory !
Special thanks to Calem, Kin-chan and Chandra, alongside the bus driver and all the other person whom I couldn't get the name, it was very nice."
