Reviews Summary
Odaiba Beach is widely praised as a clean and picturesque urban beach, ideal for sunset views and relaxing strolls with a great backdrop of the Rainbow Bridge and Tokyo skyline. While not suitable for swimming, its accessibility and pleasant atmosphere make it a recommended spot for a calm afternoon or evening. Some visitors note it's different from a typical beach experience but still find it worthwhile for its unique city-meets-waterfront charm.
"I had a really good time here. Some people say this beach is dirty, but honestly it’s not like that at all. Sure, compared to beaches in Indonesia it’s different, but for a city beach it’s absolutely worth it. In fact, I found it much nicer than Scheveningen in the Netherlands.
It’s a great spot to enjoy the sunset, not crowded, perfect for walking around or just sitting and taking in the view. Fun to see fish jumping out of the water too. Public toilets are available and very clean.
Highly recommended if you want a calm and relaxing afternoon in Tokyo."
