The room was perfect and well prepared, the welcome, explanations and service was done with a good English and a friendly and respectful staff who didn't hesitate to answer our questions. The room offered a view like no other at all times. The meal was an interesting swim in the Japanese culture with a panel of different dishes and flavours. The onsens also had a view on the valley and could accommodate several people, there was no issue with space. In the end an amazing experience that we won't forget."
