Reviews Summary

Visitors praise Nakamise-dori for its vibrant atmosphere, delicious local street food like oyaki and miso soft-serve, and the wide variety of unique souvenirs. The welcoming nature of the locals and the convenient Starbucks are also noted positives. However, some find the Starbucks out of place, and the early closing time of shops can be a drawback for late visitors.

"Strolling around Nakamise and Omotesando, you have the opportunity to find both modern and traditional shops lined up, offering unique and local flavors such as freshly grilled oyaki dumplings, miso flavoured soft-serve, and the best puddings ever ( at Monzen Pudding). I tried both the original and matcha, the former was my favourite. There are many other activities to do in the nearby area."

"Nice little street selling local delicacies.

Street food a lot both shops. The Starbucks is out of place but a god send for coffee lovers like me.

Note: most of the shops close around 4plus 5pm. So do go early to enjoy the liveliness.

There are parking around the area or paid parking a short 5 mins walk away"
