"The personnel are very professional and very helpful always willing to answer your questions and guide you so you don't miss your ferry for being a lazy tourist. If you're lucky enough to book the Zamami 3 ferry please wear your swimsuit from the very beginning and enjoy the ride outside on the balcony from the 2nd floor, you'll get splashed over and over again but it's beautiful, you get to enjoy the view, spot some flying fishes or whatever they're called, some whales if you're lucky, take plenty of beautiful pics and videos but also enjoy the ride, I loved it."

"This is the gateway to various islands. I booked a ticket online to Zamami island, but I had to cancel it due to the bad weather. I did the canceling at the counter and was told that the refund would take from 1-3 months. I am happy to receive the refund just within a month."
