Reviews Summary
The Toei Animation Gallery offers free admission and fun interactive elements like the 'Find the Dragon Balls' game, making it a hit with families and casual fans. However, some visitors find it quite small and focused on newer series, with limited merchandise.
"I total must if you are fan of Toei. Was not very big but it told the history of Toei Animation and followed the timeline of some of their earlier bigger series. Before the time of Dragonball and One Piece. But they did still pay tribute to both works. They have a giant touch screen that has images of every work they have done. You can view things like opening title video and ending credits video, get history about each one. There is also an area where you can take picture with Dragonball characters and characters from other works they have done. Definitely will check out more of their earlier series after coming to the museum. The best part is entry is free! There is a stamp to collect here too! A gift shop that has Dragon Ball and One Piece items. Definitely would visit it again."

"Small cute museum showing different anime series that have been made at the site.
The majority of the exhibition is in Japanese so it does limit what you can learn from the museum. However, the drawings and models are really interesting.
There are some sections that can not be photographed."

"When I came to this animation museum, I had no idea all of the other anime they created. These guys did one piece and Dragon Ball. There’s a section where you’re not allowed to take pictures, but they will give you the ability to use a translation app to read the descriptions."
