"Infrequent buses even during the peak autumn period. About 2 buses per hour departs here for Tobu Nikko station but all were running late after 4pm. Started queuing from 420pm, finally boarded at 710pm.
Couldn’t board half the buses as they were already packed from previous stops.
A simple 40 minute bus ride turn into a 4 hour nightmare!!
