"We decided to drive to Obihiro since there was nothing to do at Tomamu the Tower (see separate review) and thought a visit to the Art Museum would calm our souls after the disappointment at Tomamu.
We were pleasantly surprised that we stumbled on the first day of the Sanrio Designers Exhibition. Lots of fun taking photos with Hello Kitty, Melody, Kuromi, etc and looking at drawings of various Sanrio characters.
The exhibition runs until 15 Sep 2025 - check it out if you are in the area."
