"Very kind staff that mans the souvenirs and ticketing counter. The elderly man at the ticket is not fluent with English, but there's a girl that works nearby at the souvenir counter who gladly helped us out (even walking us to the car to show us the registration paperwork needed to bring our car aboard the ferry). Turns out she had stayed for a while in San Diego, CA and picked up English there!
She helped us coordinate with the ticketing agent with our paperwork and tickets to cross the ferry-thank you!"
