"A very good hotel that gets the most important things right, though it doesn't quite hit the 5-star mark in every category.
Pros:
The Rooms: Absolutely excellent. Very spacious, with a large balcony and beautiful sea view.
Breakfast: Great selection, including both Western favorites and a cool shabu-shabu station.
Perks: Free self-serve drinks by the pool (2 PM - 9 PM), a ¥1000 coupon for skipping room cleaning, and well-priced in-room massages.
Cons:
Language: Communication with staff can be a challenge due to varied English proficiency.
The service for the staff didn’t feel like a 5 five star hotels it was bit lacking
Facilities: The gym is tiny, and the pools are small with limited lounge chairs. It could feel crowded when the hotel is busy.

"I mean if you like spending your whole day at the pool then sure you probably will like this resort but to me there are a few things that need to be revised for this resort to actually feel like it’s 5 stars. Reception staff barely speaks english, which would be fine for a regular hotel, but it’s a 5 stars resorts… This honestly must be the only 5 stars resort without a proper gym it’s actually laughable… The wifi was terrible !! The beach is a 5 min walk from the resort but you have to cross the road which is super inconvenient and can be dangerous if you have kids, they should of just extended the stairs to make it a bridge that leads right to the beach, also you absolutely need water shoes, the sand hurts & there are a lot of rocks in the water. It’s too bad there are no umbrellas and chairs. If you don’t have a car just forget it, I couldn’t even find a bike rental around. The location is overall bad, which once again I feel a 5 stars resort would have options for people to be able to buy groceries, given the fact that rooms have kitchens, and the nearest convenience stores are a 13 min walk away. The deli cafe on the 2nd floor is ok, but after 9 pm you can’t order anymore, and don’t count on uber eats, there’s nothing available for delivery around…
The pros are definitely the view on the ocean and the spacious rooms, as well as the cleaning staff being very efficient."
