"Hirayama Ikuo was a brilliant artist and important to Japan because of the art genre of Nihon-ga, or traditional Japanese painting, and his impressive career and contributions in academia. I was very impressed with his work. When I saw his work as a child, I was reminded of Picasso. Ikuo's talent was evident when he was a young child.
There was limited English on the information cards, but there was a bar code for important works. The museum had excellent wifi, so I was able to read detailed information about Hirayama Ikuo.
I highly recommend this museum."
