I didn’t try to force anything or cheat – it simply jammed right at the prize opening.I politely asked the staff to help me get the toy, thinking this would be a quick and simple fix. Instead, they started yelling at me, telling me to “try again.” That made absolutely no sense – how can I try again to win a toy that’s already halfway out of the machine? It was physically stuck right at the opening!What made things even worse was that other people in the arcade saw what happened and were clearly concerned too. Some even tried to help me figure out how to get the toy. Everyone around could see it was unfair – the machine had clearly failed, and the staff were being completely unreasonable.Despite everything, I still wasn’t given the toy that I fairly won. The staff treated me like I was doing something wrong, even though I was calm and just asking for help.This kind of treatment is unacceptable. If a machine malfunctions and a toy gets stuck at the exit, the right thing to do is to help the customer – not shout at them and refuse to acknowledge the issue.
