"4.5/5 - we stayed at Hotel Granvia Osaka in mid-November for 4 nights.
It's an older hotel right on top of Osaka station. There are dedicated elevators for the hotel - don't be like us and get on the crowded one for the shopping centre (it'll get you there but you'll be squished with everyone going to the Pokémon centre or restaurants).
The rooms are no frills, but clean, comfortable, and quiet. Our room was on the 23rd floor and had windows that faced an empty inner rooftop - so no outside noise at all. There are convenient outlets locations throughout the room for recharging your devices. The rooms have the basic amenities in place - mini-fridge, coffee, tea, toothbrush, razor, shower cap, soap, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, and hairdryer. There are skin care/facial kits (cleansers, moisturizer) available in the lobby.
The location is what makes this hotel fantastic - the trains, subway, shops, and restaurants are just an elevator ride away.
The staff were very helpful with having our luggage ready in our room (shipped from airport) and also helping us with forwarding to the our hotel in Tokyo - they packed it very neatly.

The 27th Club is small but functional and a good option with the rooms there. Great selection of restaurants onsite and in the building too… pretty much everywhere.
The shower turns into a stream room as well!"

"The location is great. It’s connected to Osaka station which makes traveling around the area easy. You don’t have to go outside to get to the subway which was nice on those hot July days. The hotel building has numerous restaurants and stores and so does Osaka station which makes grabbing items before heading out for a day of adventure very convenient. Our room was clean and a decent size for the 3 of us. The staff are also helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our time there."
