"Good hotel with nice rooms and very well situated. We spent a few nights here in our Honeymoon. It was perfect for our Trip because it is located right at Namba Station! Dotonbori is at walking distance as well so very convenient. The rooms are nice, we had a room with a great view and they even had a little surprise for our honeymoon. Didn‘t try breakfast. All good, we‘ll gladly come back!"

Recently stayed here and had an excellent experience. I must say the hotel and staff were amazing. We arrived around 11pm due to a delayed flight and lengthy train ride. The hotel was extremely clean. The front desk lady was able to help me figure out how to get to Sumoto on Awaji Island, which made the day trip much easier. The view from the hotel room was very nice as well. Hotel is well situated with the subway below the hotel as well as having a grocery store in the basement which was extremely convenient. We were also about a 10-15 minute walk from where most of the tour buses meet up as well, an added bonus. Room was on the small side but it wasn’t a big issue as we were out and about most of the time. I have friends going to Japan in February and I’ll be highly recommending this hotel to them. When I return to Japan I will definitely be staying at this hotel."

"I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The location is great if you’re just staying in Osaka and the Namba line runs right underneath and other lines are within 10 minutes of the hotel. However if you’re wanted to use it as a base to travel to other cities then it’s about 30 minutes to get to the Shin-Osaka Shinkansen station. It’s doable but adds that unnecessary journey each day.
The rooms were well equips with a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, ironing facilities, and the usual toiletries.
The view was brilliant and there was a small Lawson beneath the hotel with a larger one about 3 minutes walk away.
I loved the character of the hotel, (Based on grasmere in England!) I hadn’t realised until we turned up but it was a pleasant surprise.
However, the beds and pillows are pretty solid. They do provide an extra pillow which is very soft and I was so tired I didn’t notice the solid bed affecting sleep in my one week there.
The staff are helpful too."
