The hotel is super convenient location. One stop ride to osaka station. The food is good. Service was great.

"A nine-day stay in October at this hotel was an unforgettable experience. The location is excellent, very close to the train stations. If you are coming from Tokyo on the Bullet Train to Shin-Osaka Station, you can get to the hotel very quickly afterwards.
The room on the sixteenth floor offered a wonderful view of the surrounding area both during the day and at night. The entire hotel is exceptionally clean — you can clearly see how much the staff care about maintaining cleanliness.
The hotel room was very well equipped, with everything you might need. The breakfasts were delicious, and there is also a wide variety of places within the hotel where you can enjoy other meals throughout the day.
The staff were extremely kind and professional at every level.
I highly recommend this hotel one hundred percent."

"Quaint local hotel that has all the vintage vibes which has not caught up with the times but nevertheless a well maintain hotel. Small rooms which are typical in Japan and guests majority are local Japanese probably from out city so certain level of service standards maintains. Good options of Western and Japanese for it's daily breakfast and close to 2 train stations Osaka Business Park (Green Line) and the pink line. Thin walls so on certain days of my 4N stays, you could hear guests in the other rooms talking
Dropping my rating by 1* as I am shock that even as a hotel guest to use the gym and indoor swimming pool/spa is chargeable at Yen3,850 or about USD25 and abit cheaper in the morning from 7-10am. 😤"
