"Visited this store two days ago and greeted by Sumitomo. She was very kind and helpful. Even helped me put together my 3 mini figures that I was seeking and could not locate in Southern California! And best of all, after 61 plus years on this Earth, she helped to make one wish come true - I finally now have my very own, first ever Lego passport!!!!! All these years and never had one and now I have one for my very own to fill up with stamps! So very happy! Best Lego store visit ever! Thank you Sumitomo!"

"Some things never change. Two years ago, a fellow Lego-er left a review mentioning they refused to give the Lego passport to adults and that they discriminates age. I experienced it first hand and was baffled by their attitude!
Our passports were filling up fast and I wanted to get a new one for more stamps to come but a woman simply said “It’s for kids” in a very hostile and judgmental way with dirty stares. What’s even weirder is that they would give you the stamp if you have the passport but not the passport itself?!?
Lego literally advertises their products for kids to adults 99+ years old. We are the ones that’s paying for them. Why can’t we simply get something to fill the joy?! Huge collectors, big spenders and fans of Legos are also grown adults. So what’s the deal here?! I wanted to get the Nike dunk set but the employee was so nasty, I decided not to spend on such unpleasant “service” if you even call that a service!
If you need a passport and you’re an adult, get it at other countries. They would not discriminate your age!! Tried asking in Taiwan, Berlin & Switzerland and they gave it to us with no hesitation and politely. Singapore would’ve given it to us but they were out of them."
