Need help finding less touristy places in Osaka
My partner and I have been in Japan for a week and are having a great time - but the crowds in some "must see" places are overwhelming us. I do get the irony of being tourists adding to these crowds haha- but yeah, we have realized we are enjoying the quieter places a lot…

What is the world's most complex transit interchange?
Has to be the Saint-Augustin-Saint-Lazare-Havre-Caumartin-Auber-Opera Complex. Hands down. They just kept adding things until it got to bloated you can take the train to traverse it.

Visitors appreciate the abundance of local restaurants and cafes. However, some find station accessibility, particularly at Nishiohashi Station, to be inconvenient for those with mobility issues.
"It's very close to the next station, Shinsaibashi Station (Yotsubashi Station), just a two-minute walk away. It's the closest station to the Orix Theater concert hall, and it's about a seven-minute walk from Exit 2. The Life Nishiohashi store is located right outside Exit 1. There are many restaurants and cafes around the station."

The Nagahori Tsurumi-ryokuchi Line connects Osaka City from north to south, connecting major tourist destinations and business areas. "It's a convenient station for those on the Shinmachi side. It's inconvenient for those on the Horie side to the south. Exit 4, which has an elevator, is very far from the ticket gate. So after entering the ticket gate, you have to go back the way you came to get off at the platform, so it feels like a waste every time. Maybe they were planning to add more ticket gates if the number of users increased a little. For some reason, only the east exit has elevators and escalators. There is a bus stop next to Exit 3 in the southwest, but there are no escalators or elevators. Osaka Metro is generally like this, but this station is not friendly to the elderly and other vulnerable people. If they are going to make it a transfer point between the subway and bus, I would like them to improve the connection between the station and the bus stop locations."
