"The experience was great, when you arrive if you have purchased stuff when you did the reservation, there is a bag with your objects already in your seat, which is a great surprise.
The food is good, nothing espectacular. The staff explain you the rules and it is easy to order your food with a tablet on your table.
The surroundings are beautiful everything is themed with Pokémon and at sometime while you are eating, a Pikachu comes out to perform a little show.
There is a shop where you can buy merch from the cafe, if you are a pokemon fan like me you will appreciate this souvenirs to take home.
However, I asked to two different people from the staff something about a promotional I didn’t understand the first reply didn’t answer my question so I asked again and the second reply from one of the girls was very rude considering that was my first time at the cafe and didn’t know about the dynamics of the promotional."

I refreshed the reservation page on the official website so many times, and after what felt like forever, I finally managed to grab an open slot. It felt just like trying to get concert tickets!
After being seated, we ordered through a tablet, and the whole screen was filled with adorable Pokémon—it was so healing and fun. The food was delicious, though the portions were a bit small, but we still enjoyed it a lot. There was even a Pikachu dance-and-sing segment in the middle!
When we went to pay afterward, there were lots of cute merchandise items by the checkout area. I bought a Snorlax plate! ❤️"

"Omg trying to get a booking for this place was incredibly difficult. But wow! Was it worth it was the food, not really, but the experience will last a lifetime. Ultimate pokemon feast with options to purchase exclusive cafe items with reservations. Absolutely fantastic!!!

If you can't get a booking when the first release is tried on multiple devices 6 days in a row and failed 🙄
Ttry early hours in the morning about 4-6am Japan time the approaching days of your desired visit, they regularly have a few positions open up. I was watching it and managed to secure mine the day before our visit.
You can also line up in a queue incase of no shows but this may take hours and your likely to still not get a table.
