While generally positive, the sheer popularity means it can get quite crowded, particularly on weekends.

"I walked around Shinsaibashi PARCO for a long time with a small group. I got a lot of gifts here. The Starbucks had vegan doughnuts and they were delicious. All the employees I interacted with were comfortable with English while politely allowing me to practice my Japanese 😄 Plus, credit cards were accepted!

"Came when they had Death Stranding 2 pop up. It was dope! Copped some merch. Like every other mall, it’s huge and plenty of things to see and explore!

But damn, those merch weren’t cheap! Be prepared for damage shopping in pop ups. Just these two items it costed me ¥4000+."

Cameron G

"A truly wonderful department store—I spent the whole day here with my daughter. We had lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner all in this place. If you’re an otaku, this is absolute paradise."
