"There was no information about the shooting procedures or fees inside the store, so even when you entered it was difficult to know what to do. There was one staff member, but he was hiding behind the counter, making it difficult to approach him. When I mustered up the courage to ask about the fees, he simply pointed and said, "Look there and you'll understand," in a dismissive manner, and I had no idea what he meant. Also, when someone entered the studio but didn't start shooting, he would say something quite forceful like, "If you're not going to start shooting, please leave the studio!". What he said was reasonable, but I felt he could have said it in a more blunt way."
