"Worst claw machine experience in Japan! Despite of the loose claw, the machine didn’t response after inserting coins, and one of the screw on the claw even dropped out. When i asked for help, the female staff was rude. Well, It is your job to ensure the machines are in good condition, not blaming or venting on innocent customer who was just inserting coins and pressing the button in normal way!"
