What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors generally praise Uniqlo Shinsaibashi for its extensive selection, including exclusive Osaka collaborations and high-quality items like cashmere. The convenience of tax-free shopping and the store's clean, well-organized layout are frequently highlighted. However, some shoppers have reported less-than-ideal customer service during packing, contrasting with Japan's usual high standards.
"We love the UNIQLO products. Here in Japan, they don’t seem to have wool products in this store which is unfortunate. Prices are really fair and tax free works with a passport or QR code. This store is big but has not really more diverse products or generally a bigger selection in this store than in others. Not too full despite its location."

"I visited this store on 14 June and purchased several clothing items, along with a gift bag. After making payment at counter B1, the male staff placed my items at the self-service packing area, and I was left to pack everything on my own — including removing the hangers and folding the clothes.
I was quite surprised by this experience. As a visitor, I have always heard about Japan’s exceptional customer service standards, and this felt rather impersonal and inattentive. I expected at least some assistance with packing, especially after purchasing a gift bag.
I hope you take this as constructive feedback, and I look forward to a better experience in future visits."

"Enjoyed my shopping here! The store wasn’t too crowded and the fitting room was so clean ☺️ Would love to shop at this branch again next time!"
