I rarely write negative reviews, but this visit was truly disappointing.
The staff here were rude, unfriendly, and not helpful at all. When the ordering system had errors, instead of assisting, they acted impatient and didn’t bother to explain or support customers properly.
The whole experience felt stressful rather than enjoyable, and with the poor attitude and constant system issues, it’s definitely not a place I would return to.
There are many great yakiniku restaurants in Osaka — sadly, this branch is not one of them."
