There are two levels with wire fences. If you got tele-lens you can definitely shoot without the wires entering the view (images i post are either 50mm or 14-24mm)."

"Although I have arrived at Haneda Airport many times and yet this was my first visit to this observation deck. I have heard this was the place to have a great sunset photo with Fuji San in view.
They were on the floor 6 and one observation deck at both sides. They were all facing west. I checked out both and felt that north one had a better view imho.
Although I did check the time for sunset it turned out it was densely cloudy. In the end it was a great way to visit this busy JAL hub."
