"One of the main attractions of Otaru however I expected a bit more from this place. There is just simple walk with busy streets on side with loud cars. Didn’t find it very relaxing. You have to cross the street or pass the canal to stop in some climatic cafe or just chill out. I thought the canal will be more calm and relaxing place."
