Reviews Summary
Harvest Hill Sakai Green Museum is praised for its beautiful seasonal flower fields and engaging animal encounters, particularly with capybaras. Visitors enjoy the variety of activities for families, though some note that many attractions come with additional costs. Concerns have been raised about the upkeep of certain areas and animal welfare in enclosures.
"Once again I added a spot with green space in my family trip, as I lived in a city where skyscrapers is what you see. The metro and JR brought me to Izumigaoka from Osaka, then I go for the taxi to this park. There are plenty of colourful flower fields which are well maintained. It seems they are seasonal, so I believe if you come in spring and summer you can see a different picture. We tried some excitement first, go-kart and grass sliding are great fun for kids. There is a dining hall for lunch, which looks so much like the beer hall in Oktoberfest. After crossing the bridge, here comes the swan paddling boat. Then feeding sessions of capybara and sheep. Please pay attention to the time as animals have strict rest time when interaction is not available. We were disappointed when we found out the horse riding was suspended, but the sunset view in the park worths everything."

"I recently visited harvest Hill to see the sylvanian families park. I wouldn't recommend going out of your way to visit but I'm sure it's great for families with small kids. You have to pay to enter the park and then every activity comes at an additional cost. The sylvanian families displays are in desperate need of a dusting. Most of the props were dusty, moldy or disintegrating which was quite sad since they were very cute and had so much potential. The flowers at the park were stunning. I didn't go anywhere near the capybara as it was too sad to see them trapped in a cage to be pet all day. There wasn't any water foe them to swim in inside the enclosure either.
Overall we had a fun couple of hours but will not be returning anytime soon."

"We visited this animal bio-park kind of place on recommendation. The park isnlarge and spacious with great views, and tons of animals that you can interact with! Price is about 1500円 per adult, cheaper for children. We went around and took pics with capybaras, which we could pet and feed ans were super friendly. We also visited the insect and reptile area which was even more fun! Holding Hercules beetles and all kinds of reptiles was fun, including getting shocked by an electric eel! The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable, and the facilities were clean and well maintained. The food court pizza was also quite good. I would definitely recommend anyone to visit if they like animals :)"
