"If compared with another castles in Japan, this castle is considered as small. But it's still worth to visit. The staffs are really kind and helpful, don't forget to ask the stamps. You can enter the castle or just walk around the castle. The locals are also very kind. There is a small souvenir shop in the front of the entrance gate. Nice place to visit if you are in Niigata."
