I was on the phone while the staff was asking me to check the earring before purchase, the female staff didn't wait for me to answer but she suddenly decided to told her colleague that I don't care to check and she make fun by speak some CHINESE sentence as she may be think I am Chinese but I am not. I feel like she's mocking me."

"The guys at the entrance were very nice and helped with the stroller, but the consultants in the men's department B1 were horrible. At one point they even laughed at us without even thinking that we knew Japanese, even though we are tourists. We were going to buy a men's backpack and handbag, but because of this attitude just turned around and left. We will probably go to Dior Isetan as the consultants there are very friendly and polite. Dior, PLEASE pay attention to the behavior and ethics of your consultants in Omotesando. ps At least we spent our money in Isetan, guys from there thank u🫶"
