What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Loft Shibuya is widely praised for its immense variety of high-quality goods, from stationery to home decor and unique souvenirs. Shoppers enjoy the well-organized layout and the delightful discovery of Japanese products. However, a few reviews mention negative experiences with specific staff members, citing impatience or rudeness, which detracts from an otherwise positive shopping atmosphere.

"Was minding my own business in Loft when suddenly , this one staff was circling us around and bothering us with her stares, not long after, another staff approaches us and was kindly and softly told us off over some problem that have never been a problem before, and while reprimanding,
i saw the said staff staring few feet apart, and looking at me with her so-called innocent look making sure i was reprimanded (so pissed at that white lotus staff, knowing she was satisfied with me being reprimanded, really want to slap that look on her face) , would appreciate if she comes to me herself to tell me rather than doing such cowardly move, because i got to tell you that it does not feel good when you clearly know who is reporting, but the person used others to do it.
I have been to this loft and this is the first time i experience such horrid behaviour. i am not familiar with the culture here but i hope loft can manage and choose their staff well, and not choose some racist, malicious staffs, i do hope the staff are sleeping well knowing she have ruined our day, thanks."

"Normally when we buy new years’ Zodiac figurines, the sales staff will carefully open the boxes to show the items and carefully wrap it back. Japanese sales attendants are the best!
Unfortunately, this time, sale attendant Ms 川 at Loft @Shibuya was very bad. She was impatient, rough and just not nice. We brought 4 items, obviously it’s not all for us and are gifts. Ms 川 (Kawa) was not pleasant. Passive aggressive and did not bother that items were gifts, very roughly repacked the items into their boxes. What a disappointment and disservice to the Loft Brand."
