"Visit Shibuya Hikarie ShinQs by accident and am delightful surprised to find out their duty free refund does not involve service charge! Most of other department stores involve a 1.55% service charge and there is nothing we can do to avoid it as tourists. While the store purchases do not offer any discounts, happy that I can get 100% of the tax paid back in cash!"
