"This place is crowded, especially at peak hours. There are many transportation modes that you can choose, such as buses, subways, and trains. Many tourists came here because of several tourist attractions that can be found here, such as Hachiko Statue, Shibuya Crossings, Shibuya Sky, and others. It is easy to be accessed and there are plenty of luggage storages.
Please note this: to get subway passes you should go to the upper part of train station (exit B6 of Ginza Line), and don't go to the basement."

"It's a very busy station with comings and goings.. It's old or under construction currently. It's relatively well signed in English for each line or platform.
If you're after the Narita Express it's platform 4. Best entry is the Hachiko exit. Only a few minutes from the entrance to the platform.
The platform is very hot in summer and will be cold in winter. There are no cubicles where you can cool off or warm up that I could see in the platform."
