"Big store. Split over 7 floors with A and B floors. Toilet on the top floor. They have lift, but it is small so most people walk up and down the stairs. Lots of interesting products for sale. I spent about 1 hours here browsing each floor. Pay at cashier counters on floor 1A or 3A"

"I love this store so much. It has almost everything. The many floors and mezzanines are confusing at first, but there are signs to let you know what you can find and where to go. We practically spent the whole day there. The space is spacious, you can relax while browsing, there is also a coffee corner where you can grab a cup of warm coffee or cold drink. There are toilets inside and duty free refund counters (basement, if I remember correctly)
In Tokyo, you can claim tax refund for purchase of 5500Yen (for tourists) or above, and most of time, the refund counter is conveniently located at the shop as well, like Tokyu Hands. Show them your passport and goods, no hassle at all.
You can find all sort of stationery, art and craft, even pet supplies."
