"This art store is epic! They have the finest brushes, all of the pigments, and outstanding fine art supplies. Their workshops are fantastic. They teach them in both Japanese and English when they can. They have amazing knowledge and resources in all types of mediums. This was the highlight of my visit to Tokyo! Being able to take a class and shop for art materials at Pigment Tokyo was an amazing experience! Highly recommend!"

"Walking into PIGMENT was so beautiful! The store itself is a work of art!
I love watercolour and it’s an on-again, off-again hobby. I purchased two bamboo watercolour brushes, bamboo watercolour paper, and a beautiful watercolour palette and I think it was all reasonably priced at under 5000 yen.
They also offer workshops which I look forward to attending."

"Absolutely lovely looking shop!! It is a bit far from the center so you really have to go with intention :p
They have a huge wall of pigments with all imaginable colors and some more, a lot of arts materials and also run a few workshops. The shop is gorgeous to look at and there is also a lady working on weighting pigments that is fun to watch (probably not so fun for her eheh).
I just went to look at the colors so not sure about prices or staff help. Not much informative or educational signs, or nice souvernirs to buy, so don’t come for that."
