"This is the 5th time I have gone here and I love going to Musashi Koyama Onsen bec the place is so clean, the staff is helpful and polite, warm and welcoming. I love that they welcome me even if I have tattoos and speak broken Japanese. Each time I come here I am renewed and refreshed. The facilities are complete. I like the massage chairs, the foot massage
machine (you need to pay a minimal amount). I like that there is a space where I can nap or meditate, have some quiet. The vendo machines are complete and choices great. The water relaxes and soothes me. I love getting a glimpse of Japanese culture in something that I’ve grown to appreciate: the public baths. They teach me so much about a people I have come to love and admire. Arigato gozaimasu, Musashi Koyama Onsen."

"Good local Onsen. I like the efficacy of having real hot spring water. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pools (in the men’s section) are limited but well maintained. I would return as it is a reasonable price and close to where I have my accommodation as a third time visitor to Japan."
