"This shopping mall is connected below via the train ways so its convenient if you are shopping from isetan or travelling via the trains. This mall is not as big as the other giants but it houses alot of small brands where you can find boutiques, shoes, groceries and many others. Lululemon and apple store are located here as well. Somehow the tax refund here is higher than tokyu plaza so do check it out!"
